Gluten-Free Spanakopita

The most popular request we have received since launching our gluten-free baklava is creating a product that would make it possible to make Spanakopita gluten-free. That's exactly why we created our gluten-free phyllo cups! It took us quite a bit of experimentation in order to make it happen but are incredibly happy to finally be able to offer it!

Ingredients:

  • Oea Gluten-free Phyllo Cups 
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1/3 medium onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt and black pepper
  • 2-3 tbs feta cheese
  • ~3 tbs mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  • Cut onion and sauté for a couple of minutes at low-medium heat
  • Add spinach, salt, and black pepper and sauté for ~10 minutes at low-medium until onion is golden
  • Add desired amount of feta cheese to gluten-free phyllo cups
  • Add desired amount of mozzarella cheese
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 F or until golden and crispy
