Part-time
Assistant Head of Production
*Starts at $25 per hour
Job Description:
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training bakers and fulfillment associates
- Manager to bakers and fulfillment associates
- Manage and track efficiency of team
- Implement new systems to ensure efficiency of product production
- Track inventory and available ingredients and place orders as needed
- Able to forecast needed ingredients for a specific volume of orders
- Assist in baking and fulfilling orders as needed
About you:
- Excited to learn about new cultures and be part of a start up
- Has experience building new teams and creating efficient processes to ensure efficiency
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and jump into challenging situations
- Must be near the Denver area or able to commute to our commercial kitchen
- Has integrity and honesty
- Has a track record of being dependable and arriving on time
- Able to follow baking directions and pay attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to use Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in food handling preferred but not required
Part-time
Fulfillment Associate
*Starts at $18 per hour
Job Description:
- Set up and sanitize surfaces prior to handling product
- Prepare boxes with appropriate stickers. Must be able to pay close attention to detail
- Wrap product and package into boxes
- Print shipping labels and schedule pick ups

- Must be near the Denver area or able to commute to our commercial kitchen
- Has integrity and honesty
- Has a track record of being dependable and arriving on time
- Able to follow directions and pay attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience in food handling preferred but not required
Part-time
Baker
*Starts at $20 per hour
Job Description:
- Set up and sanitize kitchen prior to baking
- Bake weekly baklava batches. Baking process might require lifting heavy boxes and trays
- May require washing minimal number of dishes upon completing each shift
About you:

- Must be near the Denver area or able to commute to our commercial kitchen
- Has integrity and honesty
- Has a track record of being dependable and arriving on time
- Able to follow baking directions and pay attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
