After 2 years of requests and testing countless recipes, we finally found the right gluten-free recipe! 

Layered with 20 buttery phyllo, this gluten-free version resembles our classic Libyan Baklava and is dressed in just the right amount of honey leaving room for you to experience every single ingredient.

You'll taste crunchy & buttery filo, fresh earthly nuts, and just the right amount of sweetness.

Even though Baklava is divine on its own. To elevate the experience, enjoy with some green tea or Arabic coffee.

Delivery

We bake fresh batches every Saturday to ensure freshness. Orders placed after Friday will be made the following Saturday. Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 3 business days through USPS.

Stays Fresh for Over a Month! 

Because we make our batches fresh every week and we soak our Libyan baklava in 100% pure honey (instead of sugar syrup), it acts as a natural preservative and the baklava can remain fresh for over a month, giving you room to savor the flavors for months to come.

It will take a total of 6-7 business days to receive your order.

It takes us 3 business days to bake and package package and 2-3 additional business days for USPS to deliver.

Keep in a closed container for up to 1 week. Store in the freezer for extended storage.

Our Story

Started from a dorm

Nour is originally from Libya and she informally founded Oea Bakery from her college dorm room in July 2019.

She used to sell baklava at a Farmer's market and to friends via social media. It is now run alongside her family in Denver, CO.

We're so excited to grow our small business with you! :)
