We designed these mini sampler plate to provide you with the opportunity to sample our bestselling flavors before ordering a larger plate. We understand our baklava can be a little pricey due to the ingredients we use, and we're hoping this will help make it more accessible. :) 

What it includes:

  • 4 total pieces that include each bestselling flavor (pistachio, walnut, almond, and pecan) 

This is for you if: 

  • You would like to test out each flavor before committing to a regular size plate 
  • You would like to give a small gift to a loved one 

Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days and shipments take 2-3 business days to arrive (3-5 total business days from order day) 

Fillo dough, honey, ghee (purified butter), nuts, rose concentrate (scented only)

Stays Fresh for Over a Month! 

Because we make our batches fresh every week and we soak our Libyan baklava in 100% pure honey (instead of sugar syrup), it acts as a natural preservative and the baklava can remain fresh for over a month, giving you room to savor the flavors for months to come.

It will take a total of 4-5 business days to receive your order.

It takes us 1-2 business days to package and 2-3 additional business days for USPS to deliver.

Keep in a closed container for up to 4 weeks. Store in the freezer beyond 4 weeks.

If you're not satisfied with your order, reach out to us at hello@oeabakery.com within 30 days and we're happy to give a full refund.

Our Story

Started from a dorm

Nour is originally from Libya and she informally founded Oea Bakery from her college dorm room in July 2019.

She used to sell baklava at a Farmer's market and to friends via social media. It is now run alongside her family in Denver, CO.

We're so excited to grow our small business with you! :)
